Regional Liquidity Management Product Manager

Role Overview
The Liquidity Management Product Manager is a key position within Global Transaction Banking, responsible for developing and implementing regional liquidity management products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of liquidity management solutions, market trends, and client needs.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of OCBC's corporate clients. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for liquidity management solutions, aligned with OCBC's overall transaction banking objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, market demands, and competitive positioning. Support sales teams in client pitches, RFP responses, and product-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, technology, and risk management teams, to define product requirements and prioritize development initiatives.
- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing liquidity management products, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to liquidity management, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote liquidity management products and drive client adoption.
- Create compelling product collateral, including presentations, product guides, and sales materials, to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Requirements
- University graduate from a reputable university with at least 5 years of working experience preferably in transaction banking or cash management domain.
- Good understanding of liquidity management products, including cash pooling, cash concentration, notional pooling, and interest optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to liquidity management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Independent, self-driven and highly motivated individual.
