Global Liquidity Management Product Strategist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Global Transaction Banking Division. As a Global Liquidity Management Product Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and enhancement of regional liquidity management products and services.
This is a fulfilling opportunity for an individual who loves challenges and has a deep desire to learn and succeed. You will have exposure to internal stakeholders in Singapore and overseas branches, clients, and senior management across the Bank.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for liquidity management solutions, aligned with the Bank's overall transaction banking objectives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, market demands, and competitive positioning. Support sales teams in client pitches, RFP responses, and product-related inquiries.
- Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of existing liquidity management products, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Education: University graduate from a reputable university with at least 5 years of working experience preferably in transaction banking or cash management domain.
- Liquidity Management Knowledge: Good understanding of liquidity management products, including cash pooling, cash concentration, notional pooling, and interest optimization.
- Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to liquidity management.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Communication and Presentation: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
