Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager, Regional Esports Marketing at Garena, your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth across various esports experiences and products.
  2. Presenting marketing plans to internal and external partners to ensure alignment and support.
  3. Establishing global guidelines, timelines, and best practices for marketing campaigns.
  4. Distributing marketing assets to maximize ROI on content production and grow owned channels.


You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and adapting strategies to position our esports experiences at the forefront of the industry. To achieve this, you will need to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, community engagement teams, and online platforms. This requires strong communication skills, the ability to think creatively, and a deep understanding of the esports ecosystem and social media marketing tools.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the esports industry. They should also possess in-depth knowledge of the esports ecosystem, social media marketing tools, and analytics, as well as excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
