Maintenance and Operations Specialist

We seek an experienced Maintenance and Operations Specialist to oversee the effective management of our Building Services System. This key role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution of routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule to prevent equipment failures and downtime
• Lead a team of technical professionals to perform regular inspections, testing, and calibration of systems and equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement energy-saving initiatives
• Assist in preparing operation plans, budgets, and reports to stakeholders
• Manage contract administration, handle tenders for service contracts, and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Address tenant feedback and concerns promptly and represent the company at tenancy meetings
• Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce waste
- • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and operations management, preferably in a similar industry and location
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot complex issues
