System Operations and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled System Operations and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, performing preventative maintenance routines, and developing solutions to technical problems.

  • Key responsibilities include:

    • Performing routine checks on system hardware and software to ensure optimal performance;
    • Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner;
    • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong technical skills, including knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Technical skills:
    • Operating Systems (Windows, Linux);
    • Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);
    • Troubleshooting techniques;
    • Scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell);
    • Version Control (e.g. Git).
