Apply for this challenging role as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at CBRE Asia Pacific, where you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. Your primary focus will be on performing ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting routine maintenance inspections to diagnose potential problems and making repairs promptly.
  • Assisting with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reviewing assigned work orders and tracking completion to meet productivity goals.
  • Supporting energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
  • Inspecting installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.

For this position, we are seeking an individual with a high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, physical stamina to perform tasks requiring stooping, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting loads of up to 50 pounds, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
