Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Microscopy and Analysis Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical failure analysis for next-generation products.

In this meaningful role, you will identify and communicate failure mechanisms and assist with root cause analysis for yield issues.

You will need to be knowledgeable and have hands-on experience with physical analysis tools such as acid hood operation, polish wheel, delayer techniques with wet/dry etch, SEM, dual beam FIB, and STEM lamella creation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of microcopy and analysis techniques
  • Hands-on experience with physical analysis tools
  • Ability to identify and communicate failure mechanisms
  • Strong problem-solving skills
