Senior Technical Expert for Device Failure Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Expert to join our team as a Device Failure Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex technical issues and developing solutions to improve device performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform in-depth analysis of failed devices to identify root causes and develop corrective actions
- Develop and implement new techniques for failure analysis and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on advanced technical topics
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's or equivalent experience, or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science
- Proven experience in failure analysis and technical problem-solving
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits and semiconductor devices
- Knowledge of fault isolation equipment and techniques is a significant advantage
- Experience with advanced microscopy and material characterization techniques
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or C++
- Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools
