Service Desk Professional

The Service Desk Professional will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. As a member of the Private Advertiser team, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues
- Providing information about products and services, as well as taking and processing orders
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Preparing sales and sale-related reports on a timely basis
You will also be required to follow up with clients to ensure that their requests are met, and refer any unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Building relationships with clients and working collaboratively with the sales team will also be key components of this role.
To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. You should also be highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
