Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Service Desk Technician to join our team at JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and escalate complex issues
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
