Job Summary:

This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resource and Administration team at YTL Starhill Global Property Management Pte Ltd.


Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of office operations, including procurement, inventory control, and contract negotiations with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure timely renewal of non-staff benefits insurance policies.
• Arrange business travel, encompassing flights, hotels, visa applications, airport transfers, and expense claims.
• Liaise with suppliers to guarantee prompt delivery of goods and services.
• Provide daily support and complete administrative tasks within set deadlines.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A minimum Diploma in Business Administration is essential.
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative functions, preferably with expertise in handling insurance matters.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate maturity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Be well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office is mandatory.
