Event Coordinator Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating events, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to provide support and develop relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending client events, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to provide support and develop relationships with international fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and hospitality clients.
  • Assisting in researching and updating event proposals, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Supporting administrative duties, including mailings, data entry, and office housekeeping.
  • Developing and maintaining vendor contacts, updating databases, and managing supplies inventory.
