About the Role
The Commercial Team Lead (F&B) will play a critical role in driving the success of our F&B division, working closely with the team to achieve performance metrics such as deliveries, GMV, and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver solutions and initiatives tailored to merchants' pain points and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive deep engagement with existing and potential new F&B merchants.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve performance metrics such as deliveries, GMV, and revenue growth.
  • Form stronger relationships with partners through collaboration across Grab verticals.
  • Develop strategic merchant relationships to ensure partners are engaged and growing on the platform.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will require:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Management or equivalent.
  • Passionate about people leadership with proven experience leading/hiring/building high-performing teams.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in account management, business development, partnerships, or equivalent role, and at least 2 years leading a team.
  • Able to manage conversations with C-level positions and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, with strong proficiency in Mandarin a plus.
