Job Title: Customer Service Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Admin Assistant at BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for an individual with prior working experience in a community or social service sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customers at the counter, handling administrative duties, and performing any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customers at the counter and provide excellent customer service experience.
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Working Schedule:

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.30pm. Weekend scheduled work may be required.

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly rate for this position is between $12-$13. The salary is estimated to be around $48,000 - $52,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour workweek.

In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including EA License No.: 96C4864 and Reg. No.: R22110485.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior working experience in a community or social service sector.

You will also need to possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, and inventory management skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is also essential.
