Our organization seeks a diligent IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to maintain and enhance our office technology infrastructure.

  • The ideal candidate will provide onboarding and offboarding services for new employees, including laptop configuration and setup.
  • They will also offer level 1 technical support for network, Wi-Fi, video conferencing, printers, CCTV, and door access systems.
  • We are looking for someone with expertise in inventory management, asset tracking, and vendor relations to ensure efficient operations.
  • This role involves executing local projects according to guidelines from the regional team.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for procuring IT equipment and services as needed.
  • Conducting end-user training and promoting adoption of new technologies is also an essential part of this position.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in IT infrastructure operations and projects
  • Expertise in PC support and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN, WiFi, Internet, and VPN
  • Basic awareness of information and data security principles and tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels
  • Experience working with ticketing systems to manage user tickets
