Singapore Tech Data Distribution (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Full time

As a Sales Leadership Executive at Tech Data Distribution (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for planning and directing sales activities for the Singapore channel sales market. Your goal will be to achieve revenue and yield profit goals. You will manage business opportunities, assign and manage account responsibilities, establish and maintain communications between sales and marketing and business functions. You will also establish and maintain positive relationships with partners and suppliers/vendors. You will bring together and deploy individual processes and resources to meet customer needs. Your focus will be on driving company income from sales.

  • Manage the sales department's resources and personnel to obtain maximum benefit.
  • Drive regular sales cadence across the accounts in collaboration with the product marketing team and other business functions.
  • Formulate and recommend plans, policies, goals, and objectives for the organization's sales activities to expand market share in existing markets and capture new markets.
  • Develop and execute both short- and long-range sales plans and programs in conjunction with senior management to ensure profitability and growth of the company's products.

Requirements

  • 15+ years sales experience with established local relationships in Singapore's IT distribution/system integrator/ISV capacity.
  • 8+ years management experience.
  • Education and Certification(s): Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
