Job Title: Training and Learning HR Administrator

At ENCOMPASSE, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Training and Learning HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end leave and training administration processes, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage leave administration, including monitoring email inboxes, supporting queries, and maintaining leave balance for HR and Payroll teams.
  • Oversee training administration, including course catalog maintenance, attendance tracking, and event management.
  • Maintain a secure archival system for annual and ad-hoc audit exercises.
  • Process and submit government-paid claims, such as national service, maternity, paternity, and adoption leave.
  • Monitor and report claim status, interacting with employees on claims matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 'A' Levels or Diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leave and training administration, preferably with knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with intermediate level skills (vLookup and Pivot Table required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
