Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Administrator to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with colleagues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer quotations and process orders to shipment
- Fulfill orders and manage customer orders throughout the entire process
- Responsible for data entry and managing sales hotline
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth order processing
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- On-the-job training provided
- Minimum of 1-year related experience in related Food wholesale trade advantageous
- Proficient in MS office applications
