Job Description:">

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Instructor to join our team. As a lead instructor, you will play a key role in shaping the skills and mindsets of the newest generation of user experience designers.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Teach students the fundamentals of user experience design, including the UX process, user research, usability testing, and more">
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, leveraging existing curriculum content">
  • Work closely with co-instructors and/or teaching assistants to provide students with meaningful and prompt feedback on their progress">
  • Facilitate a dynamic, collaborative, and positive classroom community that inspires students to persevere through challenges">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in user experience design on a product team">
  • Fluency in some or all of the following topics: the UX Process, User Research and Personas, Usability Testing, UX Analysis, Information Architecture, Interface Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Analytics and Optimization, Mobile UX, and/or HTML/CSS">
  • Experience using Figma in a professional capacity, including creation of component libraries, design systems, and high-fidelity prototypes">
  • Experience teaching, mentoring, and/or coaching user experience designers in a professional and/or volunteer capacity">
