User Experience Educator

We are seeking a part-time instructor to teach our User Experience Bootcamp course in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to share your knowledge and skills with the next generation of product designers.
The User Experience Bootcamp is a life-changing experience where learners gain the skills and mindsets to take on new careers in product design roles. As a lead instructor, you will play a key role on our growing instructional team, working closely with the instructional team to guide students through a rigorous, transformational journey.
You will be responsible for teaching students, hosting office hours, and preparing lessons and materials. You will also work closely with co-instructors and/or teaching assistants to provide students with meaningful and prompt feedback on their progress.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. You should have at least 3-5 years of experience working in user experience design on a product team, and fluency in some or all of the following topics: the UX Process, User Research and Personas, Usability Testing, UX Analysis, Information Architecture, Interface Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Analytics and Optimization, Mobile UX, and/or HTML/CSS.
You should also have experience using Figma in a professional capacity, including creation of component libraries, design systems, and high-fidelity prototypes, proficiency in basic and advanced features like autolayout, components, variables, and prototyping, familiarity with emerging features like Figma AI, Figma slides, and developer mode, and a strong grasp of real-time collaboration, developer handoff, and plugins.
