About the Job

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create user-centered design solutions that meet our users' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research activities to understand users' goals and behavior.
  • Develop models of users based on research findings, including domain factors.
  • Create context scenarios to tell stories about ideal user experiences.
  • Describe product capabilities and requirements that support users' goals and tasks.
  • Design system structure and behavior, information flows, and workflows.
  • Evaluate and refine products through research, ensuring user success.

Requirements

  • A team player with creative thinking and strong presentation skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience; senior positions for those with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • The ability to propose desirable, viable, and feasible design decisions.
  • A keen understanding of technology and mediums.
  • Mandatory experience with eServices and Local Government Agencies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Education in Design or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
