Job Opportunity

We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that meet the needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a proven track record of delivering successful products
  • Excellent communication skills to justify design rationale to stakeholders
  • Able to work collaboratively with engineers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver and evolve features
  • Strong design skills and proficiency in Figma, Maze, Dovetail, and other design tools

The role involves working on multiple projects with cross-functional teams, defining user flows, conducting user research, and facilitating workshops. You will be responsible for creating and providing design specifications and assets to ensure accurate implementation by development teams.
