**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
This is a customer facing role and you will support the Market Units in APJ in driving the Design thinking workshops, either facilitating or participating in them, being a part of the brainstorming and ideation process and contributing to it, and at the end of the session to build empathetic and customer centric user experiences that would floor the customers by its elegance, aesthetics, attention to detail and design.

As we build up the Design Expertise in Singapore, we also look for a colleague that is passionate about organizing and defining the new locations within SAP Singapore Office to be used as places for Design Thinking, ideation or as a creative retreat center.
- T2 level or 2+ years’ experience as an Interaction/UX Designer
- Work with Sales and Presales to understand the business requirements
- Create rapid interactive prototypes as needed
- Deliver detailed specifications and other assets to engineering
- Support engineering during the development phase and make sure your designs are built according to the specifications

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Master’s degree in human computer Interaction, Media Design, Product Design or related field
- You have solid experience with design tools such as Axure, Sketch or Photoshop
- Ideally good knowledge of SAP Fiori design language
- You can turn ideas and requirements into concrete screen flows, wireframes, prototypes quickly, and rapidly iterate to finalize a design
- You are comfortable with user research and usability methods
- Fluency in English is a must
