Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Patient Service Associate. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and maintain patient information.
In this role, you will be working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, perform administrative tasks, and provide support to our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Perform 2 patient identifier
- Conduct triaging of patients to ensure that patients receive the appropriate level of care based on their needs
- Respond to enquiries regarding services, appointments, and procedures
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate information is recorded
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Conduct patient registration by verifying patient information
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and in compliance with regulations
