Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to patients' inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  2. Register patients for appointments or walk-in treatment, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  3. Discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting payment, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
  4. Manage patient payments accurately, using various methods such as cash, nets, cheques, or credit cards.
  5. Enter consultation and treatment fees, as well as sales of products, into the computer system with precision.
  6. Print receipts, tax invoices, and medical certificates from the computer.
  7. Filing of patients' treatment cards.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment at all times.
  9. Receive and inspect deliveries of clinic supplies from approved vendors.
  10. Pack and store clinic supplies and medications properly.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Nitec or higher qualification in any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Entry-level candidates without prior work experience are eligible to apply.
