Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Programme Coordinator to join our dynamic new home hospital service in Singapore.
As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the coordination and management of our patients' care. You will be responsible for planning, assessing, and monitoring our program to ensure optimal patient care, as well as coordinating with external vendors for transport and courier deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involve in the planning, assessment, and monitoring of our programme to ensure optimal patient care;
- Coordinate with external vendors for transport and courier deliveries;
- Coordinate with NUH & cross-hospital BMU to manage bed requests;
- Coordinate with multiple departments across NUHS to schedule appointments and other services as requested by clinicians;
- Perform patient admissions, discharges, and transfers on the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system;
- Conduct financial counseling to patients/NOK regarding bills, subsidies,

- Proven track record of success in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in EMR systems;
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies;
