Elevator Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Maintenance Professional to ensure the safe and efficient operation of elevator systems.

  • This is a full-time position that involves regular site visits and office work at Kaki Bukit/Ubi. You will be responsible for conducting annual inspections, including Full Load and Brake Tests, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement inspection procedures and testing standards to maintain consistent quality.
  • Coordinate inspection schedules and manage manpower deployment across multiple sites.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm schedules and resolve on-site challenges.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues identified during inspections and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in elevator maintenance or engineering with responsibilities at the engineer level.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local elevator inspection regulations and standards.
  • Attributes: Solid employment track record; strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-focused mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
