Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and perform repairs on elevator components, working with minimal supervision to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Provide expert guidance and support to less-experienced technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferably in a related field such as mechanical engineering or technology.
- Proven experience in elevator maintenance, repair, or installation, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including building managers, engineers, and tenants.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications relevant to the role, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
