Job Summary

An Elevator Technician Specialist is responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of elevator systems through regular maintenance, quality control, and adherence to environmental procedures.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in elevator maintenance or a related field and strong knowledge of elevator systems, including mechanics, electronics, and safety features.

  • Maintain and repair elevators, escalators, and moving walkways to ensure smooth operation and safety
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and call-backs to minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment faults and implement preventive and corrective actions
  • Comply with quality, environmental, and safety standards in all work processes
  • Communicate effectively with customers on operational inquiries and feedback
  • Report progress and performance to superiors and team members in a timely manner
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in elevator maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of elevator systems, including mechanics, electronics, and safety features
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
