Job Description:


To ensure the safe and efficient operation of elevators and escalators, we need a skilled professional to maintain their optimal performance. Key responsibilities include regular maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts and inspecting electrical connections.

Key Responsibilities:


• Maintaining and repairing elevators and escalators to prevent breakdowns and extend their lifespan.
• Troubleshooting issues with elevator and escalator systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Ensuring a clean and organized working environment by adhering to housekeeping standards and practices.
• Managing inventory levels of replacement parts and supplies to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.

Requirements:


• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or repair work, preferably in the elevator or escalator industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Proficiency in using various tools and equipment, such as multimeters, wire strippers, and ladder safety devices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
