Our team is looking for a skilled Elevator Maintenance Specialist to join our ranks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of elevators across the island. Your expertise in maintenance and repair will be invaluable in keeping our elevators running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily inspections of elevators to identify potential issues
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts and replacing worn-out components
* Troubleshoot and repair elevator malfunctions in a timely manner
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless elevator operation during peak hours
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Requirements:
* NITEC in Building / Engineering or related field
* Proven experience in elevator maintenance and repair
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
* Possess a valid motorcycle license and personal vehicle
* Willingness to perform overnight standby duties as needed
