Job Title: Elevator Maintenance Specialist

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist senior professional engineers in conducting thorough inspections of elevators and escalators. This includes annual no-load testing and 5-yearly load testing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

In addition to these responsibilities, the selected individual will perform site audits to guarantee proper installation, operation, and maintenance of elevators and escalators. They will also be responsible for accurate documentation of inspection results.

Requirements
  • Registered with IES/ACES and holds valid LEI Accreditation.
  • Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Relevant working experience in elevator maintenance: at least 3 years for degree holders or at least 6 years for diploma holders.
  • Strong understanding of risk-based assessment and safety regulations.
  • Physically and mentally fit for high-risk site inspections.
