Job Summary

Elevators are an essential part of any building, providing safe and efficient transportation for occupants. As an Elevator Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our elevators are properly maintained, repaired, and upgraded to meet the changing needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance on elevators, including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform corrective maintenance on elevators as required, including repairs to brakes, motors, and other components.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed when working with elevators, including proper locking and tagging of elevator doors.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including dates, times, and details of work performed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an elevator technician or equivalent role.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training Program or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of elevator mechanics, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
