Job Title: Luxury Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced luxury property manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury condominium facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with our business goals.
  • Manage and arrange meetings, reviews resident feedback, and evaluates operations team performance.
  • Participate in public space walk-throughs to ensure maintenance and preventative measures are in place.
  • Tour the building regularly to speak with employees and understand business needs.
  • Review findings from resident feedback and satisfaction results with leadership team.
  • Work with team to put sustainable work processes and systems in place.
  • Communicate departmental goals and objectives to produce desired results.
Leading Operations Teams:
  • Verifies employees are treated fairly and equitably.
  • Celebrates successes and publicly recognizes contributions of team members.
  • Fosters employee commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Develops and executes decisions to keep property moving forward.
Managing Relationships with Property Stakeholders:
  • Attends residents meetings and provides context to operational results.
  • Establishes relationships with residents as a business partnership.
Managing Profitability:
  • Coaches and supports operations team to effectively manage controllable expenses.
  • Works with direct reports to determine areas of concern and establish ways to improve financial performance.
  • Leads cost containment efforts within operations.
  • Maintains profit margins without compromising guest or employee satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
  • Luxury hospitality environment experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and operational data.
