Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily floristry operations including managing inventory, staffing, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Design stunning floral arrangements for various occasions and events such as weddings, corporate events, and holidays.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to develop new product lines and seasonal collections by identifying current trends, gathering feedback from customers, and providing expert advice on design and aesthetics.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all floral arrangements and customer interactions by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in professional floristry with a proven track record of producing high-quality designs and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of flower varieties, care techniques, and current design trends including ability to identify seasonal flowers and foliage.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate team members and provide clear instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising and retail operations including display design, store layout, and customer service.
