Job Title: Retail Florist

As a key role in our retail environment, the Retail Florist requires excellent customer service, sales advisory, and flower arrangement skills to support customers at our outlets.

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing top-notch advice on flower selection, pricing, and customization. Additionally, you will learn flower arranging skills to create beautiful arrangements for on-the-spot purchases.

Responsibilities include ensuring items and fridge displays are neat and attractive, opening and closing the store, cashing up, keeping the shop clean and tidy, and working well with team members.

As a Retail Florist, you will also assist in training new staff or interns and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and growth.
