Floral Arrangement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Floral Arrangement Specialist to fill this key position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create stunning floral arrangements with care and creativity
  • Prepare and condition flowers for optimal freshness and beauty
  • Handle daily shop operations, including receiving deliveries and maintaining stock
  • Assist customers with walk-ins and phone/online orders
  • E nsure timely setup and delivery for funerals and events
  • Support in seasonal promotions and social media content creation
  • Basic data entry for receipts of floral purchases

Requirements:

  • Passion for flowers and design (experience preferred but training can be provided)
  • Good eye for detail and colour coordination
  • Physically fit – able to lift and move flower stands/arrangements
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends & some evenings)
  • Basic communication skills in English
