Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful and meaningful floral arrangements. The role involves preparing and conditioning flowers, handling daily shop operations, and assisting customers with their floral needs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in floristry and work in a supportive team environment.


Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Create floral arrangements (wreaths, bouquets, stands) with care and creativity
  • Prepare and condition flowers (cutting, trimming, arranging)
  • Handle daily shop operations (receiving deliveries, stock upkeep, cleaning workspace)
  • Assist customers with walk-ins and phone/online orders
  • Ensure timely setup and delivery for funerals and events
  • Support in seasonal promotions, display setup, and social media photos
  • Basic data entry for receipts of floral purchases

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a good eye for detail and colour coordination. They should be physically fit and able to lift and move flower stands/arrangements. Additionally, they will need to be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Basic communication skills in English are also essential.
