**Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, monitor and assign duties to the floral department team members by following safety, sustainability and compliances practices

Plan daily operations and monitor production process

Conceptualize, Design and Create floral arrangement and other design including backdrop or props for all occasions

Plan, manage and adhere to safety protocols required by government agencies before the events

Monitor and report department shrinkage and make timely adjustments

Supervise the general inventory of all the materials, equipment and floral supplies

Conducts training of newly hired personnel and continously re-trains all team members

Take initiative and be proactive in creating new floral design or tender for festive decoation

Advise client on the best option that is safe and innovative for the specific events

Adhere to strict banding guidelines

Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes and take intiatives to implement improvement plans

Project administration and management of workflow

Onsite execution and delivery of event

Create innovative floral decor and lead floral installations for Hotel Lobby, Guest Suites, Restaurants and other Public Areas

**Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years of related experience

Professional certifications in horticulture, floral design, landscape architecture or other related field

Training in floral design or other related experiences

Organized customer service oriented individual with at least 2 years of experiences in similar capacity

Experience in tender, event planning and vendor relationships

Good communication skill, negotiation skill and ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously

Demonstrate excellent organizational floral skills, has knowledge on flowers, foliage and potted plants and has to keep abreast of emerging styles and trends in floral design

Dynamic, energetic, creative and thrives under pressure
