Job Title: Floral Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our flower shop, you will be responsible for assisting in the conditioning of fresh flowers and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

You will also be tasked with crafting and arranging floral arrangements and bouquets, including hand bouquets, table flowers and centerpieces, hampers, and other decorative items. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and packing fresh flower arrangements and materials required for daily maintenance, floral setup, and delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and arrangement of floral displays and bouquets
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Assisting in the delivery and setup of floral arrangements
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1-3 years of experience in floristry or a related field
  • A professional certification in floristry, horticulture, floral design, landscape architecture, or a related field
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Love and passion for flower arrangements and designs
