Floral Arrangement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a key member of our boutique floristry operation, you will be responsible for designing and crafting premium floral arrangements that exceed our customers' expectations.
About the Job
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant floristry experience, with a passion for floral design and creativity in approach. You will be required to liaise with suppliers to source high-quality flowers and materials, handle customer orders, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality floral arrangements, including bouquets, wreaths, and table displays.
- Fulfill daily floral orders accurately and on time, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock inventory, ensuring proper flower care and storage.
- Liaise with suppliers to source fresh flowers and materials.
- Handle customer orders and respond to phone inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations, working collaboratively with the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant floristry experience.
- Passionate about floral design, with a creative approach.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to perform physical aspects of the role, such as lifting and carrying floral materials.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
