Floral Crafts Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Crafts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our floristry department, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of fresh flowers, as well as creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the high quality of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conditioning fresh flowers and maintaining flower shop cleanliness.
- Craft and arrange floral arrangements and bouquets, including hand bouquets, table flowers, and centerpieces.
- Prepare and pack fresh flower arrangements and other materials required for daily maintenance.
- Deliver flower arrangements and touch up flowers before arrangement placement.
- Perform daily routine maintenance tasks to ensure good condition of flowers.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in floristry, with a professional certification in floristry, horticulture, or related fields. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Additionally, you will possess great knowledge about various types of flowers, foliage, and their seasonal availability.
Working Requirements:
Ability to apply basic Microsoft Office skills to generate reports for floristry operations. Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision. Love and passion for flower arrangements and design. Possess great knowledge about wide range of floral designs, flowers, foliage along with their seasonal availability and how long they will stay fresh.
