Floral Designer - Premium Arrangements

We are seeking an experienced and skilled floral designer to join our team. As a key member of our boutique, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality floral arrangements that exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and a keen eye for detail. You will work independently, yet as part of a close-knit team, to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Prepare Floral Arrangements: Create stunning bouquets, wreaths, and table displays using a wide variety of flowers and materials.
  • Fulfill Daily Orders: Accurately and efficiently fulfill daily floral orders to meet customer deadlines.
  • Manage Stock Inventory: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper flower care and storage.
  • Liaise with Suppliers: Develop strong relationships with suppliers to source the highest-quality flowers and materials.
  • Handle Customer Orders and Inquiries: Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience: We require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a floristry role, preferably in a similar boutique setting.
  • Passionate about Floral Design: A genuine passion for floral design is essential, along with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
