Strategic Growth Manager
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven Strategic Growth Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various marketing strategies and networking efforts.
- Customer Engagement: Secure meetings with clients or consultants, deliver compelling presentations, and introduce our products and services.
- Client Support: Provide continuous support to clients from initial engagement through to project completion.
- Proposal Management: Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and budgets independently.
- Tender Coordination: Coordinate with technical and design departments to deliver tailored proposals that meet client requirements.
- Tender Process Management: Manage the full tender process: sourcing, costing, pricing strategies, and timely submissions.
- Quotation Management: Maintain accurate and timely preparation of quotations or tenders in line with client/consultant timelines.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the commercial office interior design and fit-out industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
