We seek a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Development Director. As a key member, you will drive commercial excellence and achieve strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years' experience within a strategic position or consulting firm. They will possess a proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and refining regional strategic plans and long-term strategic goals in collaboration with executive team.
- Leading strategic planning process, incorporating thorough market analysis, competitive analysis, and strategic initiative identification.
- Preparing and coordinating materials for budget planning and performance monitoring.
- Tracking and monitoring progress of SOAR strategic & transformation initiatives.
- Partnering with functional leaders to identify capability gaps, streamline processes, and optimize operating models.
Additional responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities, RTMs (Route to Market), and partnerships, as well as developing comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models for new initiatives.
The selected candidate will be highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will be able to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years' experience within a strategic position or consulting firm.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data, develop actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, work within tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives, and drive results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment.
- High level of proficiency in financial modeling, market research methodologies, and strategic analysis tools.
