Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Application Support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless application support for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring alerts, addressing production issues, and resolving technical problems related to Unix, Linux, and SQL. You will also collaborate closely with various stakeholders to maintain system stability and efficiency while responding to customer product inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting recurring problems to support product quality programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to alerts and issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues
  • Document recurring problems and develop solutions to improve system stability and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience in Unix, Linux, and SQL
  • Strong client relationship-building skills
  • Deep technical and functional expertise
  • Familiarity with project methodologies such as AGILE and Waterfall
