Job Title: IT Applications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Applications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, business analysis, and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise applications, ensuring system availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues reported by end-users.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements for system enhancements or new functionalities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT application support, business analysis, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise applications such as PLM, CRM, OMS, CDP, or other business systems is preferred.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
