We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing unified communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop unified communication solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Analyze and recommend upgrades and services to improve communication processes.
- Implement, support, and test system patching, hardening, hardware/software upgrades, system updates, and break/fix activities on unified communications equipment.
- Interact with internal and external customer groups to perform necessary configuration, maintenance, and repairs.
