Job Title: Unified Communication and Collaboration Solutions Specialist
As a Network Operations Representative, your primary responsibility will be to design customized solutions that align with business objectives. Your daily tasks will include serving as a service fulfillment and program Subject Matter Expert (SME), monitoring and reporting performance metrics and SLAs of service fulfillment teams to the client, and delivering business value to the project.
You will collaborate with clients to optimize performance and processes.
