About the Job:

As a key member of our onboarding team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the onboarding process, from initial setup to full product usage.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Take complete ownership of client onboarding and implementation across all locations.
• Engage with clients throughout the onboarding process, including regular meetings, visits, and deal reviews.
• Spearhead the development of our onboarding framework, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts, delivering balanced solutions that meet client requirements while considering broader business goals.
• Identify and escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Capabilities:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, client service, or related disciplines supporting payment and deposit products.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business operations, regulatory requirements, and innovative onboarding solutions.
  • Proven leadership experience, with ability to motivate and build cohesive teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Effective delegating, planning, and time management skills to meet deadlines and team objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
